If you’re in a position of rebuilding or establishing your credit, the Altitude Go Secured Visa gives you a rare mix: the features of a rewards card paired with credit-building structure. Rather than settling for zero perks, this secured card lets you earn points while you restore trust with lenders.

You’ll make a security deposit that sets your credit limit, but you’ll also enjoy bonus rewards in everyday categories (dining, groceries, streaming, gas). Over time, performance may lead to automatic upgrade to the unsecured version of Altitude Go.

Unlock Your Altitude Go Secured Edge

Positive Highlights of the Altitude Go Secured Card

1. 4X points on dining, takeout & restaurant delivery
You’ll earn 4 points per dollar in these categories, on the first $2,000 you spend each quarter. That’s a strong rate for categories many people already spend in regularly—turning everyday dining into credit-building rewards.

2. 2X points on groceries, gas/EV charging & streaming services
In those categories, you get 2 points per dollar. This further enhances rewards on common expenses—not just dining.

3. 1X point on all other purchases
For categories not covered by the bonus rates, you still earn 1 point per dollar. Thus you never leave any spending entirely unrewarded.

4. $15 annual streaming credit
When you make streaming purchases in 11 out of 12 consecutive months, you qualify for a $15 statement credit on those services. This offsets some of the cost of streaming services, adding real value to your reward structure.

5. No annual fee
There is $0 annual fee, making it easier to keep the card long term without worrying about a yearly charge eroding your benefits.

6. Security deposit from $300 to $5,000
You set your deposit within that range, and it becomes your credit limit. It gives you control: start with what you can afford, then increase or graduate over time.

7. Reports to all three major credit bureaus
Your usage, payment history, and account status are regularly reported to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. That’s crucial: responsible use builds or rebuilds your credit footprint.

8. Optional upgrade path to unsecured Altitude Go
If U.S. Bank sees you using the card well over time, you may be eligible to graduate to the unsecured Altitude Go Visa. When that happens, your security deposit would be returned.

9. Choose your due date & fraud protection
You can select your preferred payment due date to align with your cash flow. Also, you benefit from zero fraud liability if unauthorized charges occur. These features add convenience and security.
